Mr. Bailey Phengmany was born on January 10th, 1937, at That Keo Villiage, province of Seesantana, Vientiane, to the proud parents of Mr. Xhongluck and Mrs. Khamphong Ciatung. As a child, he has developed a deep sense of patriotism and soon enlisted in Loatian Royal Air Force. His desire to defend and protect his country was second to none. He was soon promoted to First Lieutenant of the Lao Royal Air Force and he continued to serve proudly at an air base in Savannakhet, Southern Laos until 1975. Mr. Bounmy Phengmany was a great husband to his lovely wife, Vanida Panyathip. They wed in 1963 and have a total of 8 children, 5 boys and 3 girls. Mr. Bailey was a great man who loved his parents, family, and friends. More importantly, he was a provider who worked extremely hard to ensure his family financial well beings. He continued to do so here in the United States when he and his family migrated to Minnesota when his beloved country fell to communist rule in 1975. He long yearned for an opportunity to return home when he was a political refugee in Thailand and remarried with Mrs. Theo and has two sons.. Unfortunately, his dream of returning home ended with a decision to move to the U.S. where he successfully built a foundation for himself and his family from 1988 until the present time. Mr. Bounmy passed due to a long battle of illness on December 20, 2015. He left behind a wife and 10 children who love him dearly and he will be greatly missed by all who have known him. Thank you so much for your presence today. Our family is truly grateful for your prayers and condolences! May all of you be blessed with good health and prosperity! Thank you!
