In Loving Memory of Josefina Martinez October 17, 1931 – April 24, 2025 With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Josefina Martinez, who departed this life peacefully on the evening of Thursday, April 24th, 2025, at the age of 93. Josefina was born on October 17, 1931, in Guadalupe, Zacatecas, to her parents Juana Hernandez and Federico Martinez. A devoted homemaker, she dedicated her life to her family, always placing the needs of her loved ones above her own. Her warmth, strength, and unwavering love made her the heart of her home. She is survived by her beloved husband of many years, Pascual Oliva, age 94, and by her ten loving children: Juanita, Irma, Jose, Rodolfo, Pascual, Lucia, Yolanda, Guillermina, Luis, and Jaime. Josefina was also a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, whose legacy of love will live on in the lives of her family for generations to come. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, April 29th, followed by her burial at 12:00 PM. Josefina’s life was a testament to faith, family, and unconditional love. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. May she rest in peace, she will always be in the hearts of her loved ones. En Memoria de Josefina Martinez 17 de octubre de 1931 – 24 de abril de 2025 Con profundo pesar, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Josefina Martinez, quien partió en paz la noche del jueves 24 de abril de 2025, a la edad de 93 años. Josefina nació el 17 de octubre de 1931 en Guadalupe, Zacatecas, hija de Juana Hernández y Federico Martinez. Fue una dedicada ama de casa que entregó su vida al cuidado y amor de su familia. Su calidez, fortaleza y amor incondicional la convirtieron en el corazón de su hogar. Le sobreviven su amado esposo, Pascual Oliva, de 94 años, y sus diez hijos: Juanita, Irma, José, Rodolfo, Pascual, Lucía, Yolanda, Guillermina, Luis y Jaime. También fue una querida abuela y bisabuela, cuyo legado de amor perdurará en la vida de sus seres queridos por muchas generaciones. La velación se llevará a cabo el lunes 28 de abril, de 12:00 p.m. a 6:00 p.m. La misa funeral se celebrará el martes 29 de abril a las 10:30 a.m., seguida del sepelio a las 12:00 p.m. La vida de Josefina fue un testimonio de fe, familia y amor incondicional. Será profundamente extrañada y eternamente recordada. Que descanse en paz, siempre vivirá en las almas de sus seres queridos.
